Information you choose to share
When you submit a project inquiry, your name, email, phone, location, project details, submitted time and optional campaign labels are saved in this site’s database for Brock to review. Database access is restricted to the site owner and authorized hosting operations. The optional text builder runs in your browser until you send the message. Your messaging or telephone provider handles texts and calls to 541-210-3255. Normal carrier charges may apply.
Purpose and forwarding
Information is used to discuss your project, assess availability and arrange a potential contractor introduction. Brock will ask before forwarding your contact details to a contractor. Once you contact a contractor, its own privacy and business practices apply.
Website infrastructure
The hosting provider may process routine technical access information to deliver and protect the website. We have not installed advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, third-party analytics or call recording. We store campaign labels included with your submitted inquiry; they do not independently verify its origin. Basic input validation and submission limits help protect the inquiry form.
Your choices
Do not include payment information or sensitive documents in the project brief. We aim to delete inactive inquiries after 90 days unless needed for an ongoing project or a necessary business record; this is a manual review process. You can ask Brock to stop project follow-ups or delete inquiry details he holds, subject to any necessary business retention. Contact him at the number above.
Independent service providers
Contractor availability is being established. A submission is not an appointment or a service agreement. Any installation contract, price, workmanship and warranty are between you and the selected provider.
