For an attached garage, tell the contractor about the doorway to the home, ventilation, access and where vehicles will be stored during curing. Include dimensions and photos in your initial conversation.

If the home has shared-property rules, confirm permitted contractor hours and access procedures. For a second home, identify who can meet the estimator and let the crew in. Ask how cold-weather conditions could change the schedule.
Sunriver and La Pine
For a rental or seasonally occupied home, leave time for the full return-to-service period before guests arrive. Explain snow clearance, driveway access and whether the garage can be fully emptied.
Prineville, Powell Butte, Terrebonne and Madras
For a larger shop or rural property, provide square footage and intended use. Vehicle storage, workshop activity and equipment loads may call for different surface preparation or coating specifications. Confirm travel fees and the provider’s actual service boundary.
